Sichuan Mountaineering Association (SMA) is an organization under Sichuan Sports Bureau. SMA authorizes climbing permits for climbing activities in Sichuan Province. Anyone who wishes to climb mountains in Sichuan will need to apply for climbing permits from SMA.
